Ok, the “fun stuff”…For starters, let’s get rid of the word “DIET”, because we don’t like to use that word. After all, the first three letters of the word “DIET” are just how you feel when you are on one! Like you want to “DIE”! There is no magic diet that will get you to your goals and no end all be all diet that anyone and everyone can do to lose weight and build/tone muscle. There are only healthy eating plans that will get your lifestyle headed in the same direction as your training and get you to your goals.
Our certified trainers will walk you through some programs we have at our disposal which can help set up a plan for you based on your goals and your daily routine. You should know that 70-80% of your ability to lose weight, build muscle, and add definition to your body lie with your meal plan, so this is of the highest importance.
But just as with training and exercise, we understand how difficult it can be to change your lifestyle when it comes to what and how you eat and we also know how crucial it is for your success. That’s why we WILL get you on track with a plan that works for you and keep you encouraged to continue on this path.
