Small Group Training
In addition to one-on-one personal training Fit 4 You also offers buddy and small group training. These programs are more personal and specific than a Boot Camp but give you the chance to work out with a friend or even a few.
For some people it makes a big difference to have a friend with you for your workouts and you can help each other on the days you don’t meet with your trainer.
One thing to note: This works best if you and your friend(s) have similar goals and are somewhat close in your physical ability levels. This will help to ensure you both get the most out of your training.
